All payment will be upfront through PayPal.

NFT, Cryptocurrency, or AI use is forbidden.

Commissions are strictly personal use unless discussed otherwise.

Commercial use will be charged more and must be discussed beforehand.

I have the rights to refuse a commission for personal reasons.

Reposts are allowed with credit linking back to any of my social medias.

I reserve the right to use the completed art in future commission advertisements and portfolios.

I usually finish in 6-7 days for a commission, but may take more time if theres more clients or due to irl reasons.

My Turnaround Time (TAT) is 5-8 weeks for every commission type.

Refunds and bonuses are given if i've passed the TAT

Character ownership fully belongs to the owner, and designer credit belongs to me.

You may change the design however you like.

If you gained my design by buying, resales are allowed but not more than the original price unless art has been added to the character.

If you gained my design by trading, you may not sell my design without my knowledge (should be discussed first).

Retrading and Regifting is allowed.

Any character is personal use on default. Commercial usage price can be discussed.

Disregarding any of these terms will result in a blacklist
